As title says. Selling for a friend. BRAND NEW Alpinestar Bionic 2 jacket in size medium. These sell for £220 brand new, so make a sensible offer.

i dont even bother with any armour! esp not £220 fucking restrictive shite!

i might wear a very light weight thin foamy type one if the roost is REALLY heavy.

it doesnt actually protect you from anything else... its not like it'll stop your colar bone going or shoulder popping!

i wear the thick plastic armour which i DO think has saved my ribs from braking on a few occasions, as it spreads the impact.

It's a pretty weird argument. My mate bust his spleen because of armour. And when my mate was in America someone popped a rib because of not wearing armour (ribs went into his chest), rib broke so bad that it cut into his heart. Died almost instantly.

T'is a toughy.

I wasn't wearing my Sentinel for the first two sessions at High Ham, then when the stones were getting worse I put it on. Next lap I had my off and the bike landed straight onto my chest/torso, cracked my sentinel in three places.

Made me wonder what it would have been like if I crashed in the first two sessions.

yeah, im not saying they wont brake, but they will still take that initial impact, even if they do brake. ive brusied my ribs a few times (last wednesday the last time!) wearing body armour, and im convinced it would be breakages or worse, without it.
