thought id move this to the proper section lol

heres the original post below

Right just remembered that my bro's 1993 YZ250 that he is breaking still has its back shock, im wondering if its a good idea to swap the shock from that into my RM250 only 3 years of a difference in age

in doubt it would fit, and why ? if your shock is bad,get it serviced.

lol cant afford to get my shock serviced n my bro's bike is half gone cos he has been breaking it for spares sure id get it with an IOU lol

i cant see a shock costing much from a breakers.. and you'll be able to get the right one.

yea but you dont know how long one from a breakers is gonna last lol id rather get my own fixed but yous are kinda missin the point here im totally skint so its gotta basically be a free option hahaha which the only option ive thought of is swappin it for my bro's shock

Its not too bad to get it serviced mind, I just had my WP TRAX shock serviced and new rear spring from K Tech and was 230 notes. A std service on your shock would be around 120 ish inc parts. Then it would be mint!
