Hi guys.

So I bought a 1997 honda cr125 a couple weeks ago with no compression problems.

So I have rebuilt the top end yesterday, I send the carb off to a local guy to have it cleaned.

The bike isn't starting on the kick start ad it's soaking the plug but it does start on a push bump start but when it does start it revs it's nut off as if throttle is wide open.

I've slackened off the throttle cable but it doesn't appear to be making any difference at all. I have the idle screw screwed right in and the fuel/air mixture to 1.5 turns

Could somebody shed some light on it for me please?

Unscrew the idle screw, if it's all the way in it will scream it's bollocks off.
