i started in 2003 at the age of 36. takes longer at that age to build up speed as youre concerned about hurting yourself (work, bills etc) and you just dont absorb information.
riding loads is the key :)

looked a bit like tormarton but the trees were puting me,, not been to z racing since they changed direction
